• The first principles of instructional design including the ADDIE model and Bloom's Taxonomy
• Understanding your learner persona and building the right learning materials as per their learning needs
• Tips on how to effectively deal with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Insight into the changing demands for skills within a modern L&D team.
• Work on a project and build a demonstrable portfolio.
